Ingredients

    1 C Beer
    1 T Butter
    2 T Sugar
    1 t Salt
    2 3/4 C White Flour
    1 T Dry Yeast

    Place beer, butter, sugar, and salt into baking pan.
    Add flour. Sprinkle yeast into center of flour.
    Insert pan securely into baking unit, close lid.
    Select dough setting (# 8 for this recipe) and push start button.
    Preheat oven to 400F.
    Remove dough from pan and pressinto lightly greased 12" pizza pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Cover dough and allow to stand 15 minutes in a warm draft-free area.
    Add toppings.
    Bake closer to top of oven for 20-30 minutes.
    Makes one thick pizza crusht.
