Ingredients

1 package (340 g) extra firm tofu, cubed
1 large onion
1 tbsp olive or canola oil
2 tbsp Braggs liquid soy
2 tbsp apple juice, unsweetened
1 cup zuchini cubes
1 cup frozen corn
10 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 cup ketchip
1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
1/2 cup water
salt, pepper and fresh or dried thyme to taste
Directions
Saute onions and tofu together in canola oil for 3 minutes. Add Braggs and apple juice. Add all remaining ingredients and stir fry for a total of about 25 minutes.
