Introduction
Truly health in a bowl. You can use whatever whey protein and super greens you like, but I can only attest for the taste and function of these pure amazing products by Bio Pharma. I live on NanoPro and Nanogreens, as they are unsurpassed products. But please use whatever works for you - the taste is out of this world. It is sweet, tart, silky, crunchy and truly delightful.Tell me what you think! Truly health in a bowl. Ingredients
-
1/2c fat free ricotta cheese
4 oz Fage or any greek style fat free plain yogurt
1 Granny Smith apple chopped (135g)
1 Tblsp toasted wheat germ
1 scoop Nanogreens
1 scoop NanoPro whey protein
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Add ricotta and yogurt in a big bowl, and stir in the Nanogreens and NanoPro. Mix well, but do not over mix. Fold in the chopped apple. I use Granny Smith because they are lower in sugar and the tart apple makes a difference in the taste, but you can use whatever kind of apple you enjoy. Sprinkle with cinnamon and wheat germ, and prepare to ooh and aahhh throughout your meal :o)
It is a creamy, sweet, tart, silky and truly delicious custard. It is also incredibly simple to make, and incredibly healthy for you!
Enjoy! I'd love to hear what you think.
