I found this and loveit! Making it today and need to know the nutritional content and calories. I found this and loveit! Making it today and need to know the nutritional content and calories.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 4lb corned beef brisket, with seasoning packet
    2 large onions
    15 small white potatoes (irish potatoes)
    10 carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
    2 heads cabbage

Directions

rinse brisket under cold water.
Place in large pan cover by 6 inches of water.
Add season packet and 2 onions (peeled).
Bring to rolling boil for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to med-low, cover and continue to cook 3 hours.
Remove onions and cut into wedges. Return to pan with carrots, then cut up cabbage, then top with potatoes.
Continue to cook another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
