Ingredients

    two chopped bell peppers, any color
    one onion, chopped
    two celery stalks, chopped
    mushrooms, 1 cup chopped
    1 tbsp oil
    minced garlic
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp salt
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can diced tomatos


Directions

* c ook veggies in oil until soft
* add seasoning
* add cans with liquids
* cook on low for 30 min.
* top with cheese or sour cream.
