Introduction
You can make the beans as spicy or mild as you like, by adding more, less or no chili powder and cayenne pepper.Make sure to add the recommended amout of kosher salt, or else the recepie is very bland. Ingredients

1 bag pinto beans(the night before rinse, soak overnight and rinse again)
1 head of garlic(diced small)
1 large yellow onion (diced-small)
28 oz can of diced tomatos(salt free) or two 14oz cans of diced tomatos
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Kosher Salt
1 tbsp Chili Powder
Cayenne Pepper to taste
Directions
In a crock pot or stove top add beans, garlic, onion, and tomatos. Cover with water until the pot/crockpot is 3/4 full. To water add: salt, olive oil, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix together.
Cook until beans are tender (crockpot-4-6hours)
Once cooked, remove 3 cups of liquid then blend ingredents (either with a potato masher, or handheld blender) Blend until consistancy is not too thick. The refried beans will thicken in the fridge over the course of the week.
