Ingredients

1 oz. package of Jell-O Sugar free-Fat Free Instant White Chocolate pudding mix
32 0z. (large container) of Fat Free Plain nonfat yogurt (I used GV Brand)
Your choice of fruit for dipping.
Directions
Empty the yogurt into a medium size mixing bowl- set container aside. Stir entire package of dry pudding mix into the yogurt. It will take several minutes to incorporate the yogurt and mix together.
After the mix is completely stirred in (try to get as many of the lumps gone as possible), spoon the dip back into the original container. Stores in the fridge for about a week.
Makes about 7 1/2 c. servings. If you wish, you could break it down further into 10.5 1/4 c. servings for even less calories etc.
