Ingredients

    1 c. raw wild rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2-1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 pheasants; diced, floured, & browned

Directions

Preheat oven to 300*. Mix rice, soups, & water chestnuts in a casserole dish. Add browned pheasant to casserole & top with dry onion soup mix. Cover lightly with foil and bake for 3 hours.
