Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2# hamburger
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. oatmeal
    salt and pepper
    8 dashes worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup

Directions

Mix all together well. Bake 350-375 for 1.5 hours. Let set about 5 minutes before slicing.

    Came out pretty good. Just FYI, 8 dashes of any liquid is one teaspoon (one dash = 1/8 tsp). - 3/21/09

    Thank you for your comment. I entered this recipe just as it has been passed on to me. I prefer to not use a measuring spoon because it's quicker to just shake it in, and then you have less dishes to clean. And that's the way my family cooks. :)
