    2 lbs. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 slices fat free American cheese
    2 slices American cheese
    1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup grated cheese
    1/2 cup fat free half & half
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 cup dried onion flakes
    1 tsp. powdered garlic
    black peper (to taste)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put frozen broccoli into rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic and onions. Set aside.

Pour milk and half & half into a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in cheeses. Add peper. Heat until cheeses are melted. Pour over broccoli & stir until broccoli is coated with cheese sauce.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake 15 minutes longer. (Adjust baking times according to whether you prefer your broccoli cooked).

Broil to toast the bread crumb topping before serving.
