Introduction

Ingredients

    0.5 can Tuna in spring water (drained)
    40gms grated Edam cheese
    1 stick celery, finely diced & chopped
    2 slices wholegrain bread
    2 tsps olive oil


Directions

Heat the toasted sandwich press.

Spray one side each of each slice of bread.
Place one slice, oiled side down onto the hot plate.

Add in tuna, finely chopped celery, cheese and black (or lemon) pepper.
Cover with other bread slice, oiled side up.
Close sandwich press and cook until golden brown and cheese has melted.

Delicious as a snack or as lunch.
