Introduction

Ingredients

    Barilla Jumbo Pasta Shells, @ 25-27 shells
    Chicken Breast, precooked, boneless skinless, 1 piece
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup
    Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 oz
    Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free, shredded, 2 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Onions, chopped, 1/2 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 6 large
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Bertolli five cheese pasta sauce, 3 cup

Directions

*Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
*Cook shells until al dente (about 8 mins). Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
*In bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, mozarella cheese, & spices.
*In food processor, finely chop each of the following then add to cheese mixture: chicken, onions, garlic, spinach and mushrooms.
*Mix all together very well.
*With clean hands or spoon, pack pasta shells with cheese mixture. Place each stuffed shell in casserole dish. Spoon sauce evenly over shells.
*Cover with foil and place in oven for about 20 mins or until cheese is bubbly.

***Serving size is @ 3 shells. Nutrition info is based on 27 shells in total recipe divided by 3 shells each = 9 servings***

    Incredible!
    This recipe is delicious! The combination of cheeses and pasta sauce make it a little sweet but I added some crushed pepper and it balanced it out some. I will definitely be making these again!!!
