    1.5 lbs. venison/ground beef
    1 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (3 cups)
    1.5 cups water
    15 oz. ricotta cheese (part skim milk)
    3 cups shredded Italian cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    9 pieces healthy harvest sheat lasagna noodles uncooked


Heat oven to 350. Brown meat in a pan. Add spaghetti sauce and water; simmer for about 10 min. While this is simmering combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, and oregano.

In a 9 x 13 pan pour 1 cup of meat sauce on bottom of pan; lay 3 pieces of uncooked noodles on top of this. Pour another cup of meat sauce on top of noodles and then put 1/3rd of cheese mixture on top of this. Lay another 3 pieces of noodles on top of this, then 1/2 of the remaining sauce and another 1/3 of cheese mixture. Repeat again. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 min. or until cheese begins to turn brown.
