This is a simple but flavorful way to eat broccoli. You can add as much garlic, dried red peppers, and olive oil as you want depending on your taste preferences. Ingredients

    Fresh broccoli, 2 cups chopped
    olive oil, 1 tbsp.
    garlic, 1 or more cloves to taste
    dried red hot chili peppers, seeds removed, 1 or more to taste

Directions

Place the chopped broccoli in a saute pan with about 1/2" water and cover. Chop up the garlic and dried red chili peppers, removing the seeds from the peppers. When the broccoli begins to soften, drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil. Then add the garlic and red chilis. Cook for another minute or so uncovered to reduce the water. Serve hot.
