Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    All purpose flour, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Egg Beaters, Liquid Egg Whites, 3 tbsp
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/4 c.
    Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup
    Chocolate chips, mini, sugar-free, 1 c.
    Naturally More Peanut Butter, 0.25 c.
    Banana, fresh, 0.3 cup, mashed

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Splenda, milk, banana, and Egg Beaters together well. Separately, stir together flours, baking powder, and salt. Add liquids to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened; add peanut butter and chocolate chips. Fill greased or lined muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
