Ingredients

    * Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter, 2 tbsp
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 16 tbsp
    * *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    * Dry Mustard, 2 tsp
    * Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
    * *Onion powder, .25 tsp
    * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 4 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long)

Directions

To make the BBQ sauce, combine all of the ingredients except the corn into a small saucepan; heat gently and stir until the margarine metls. Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil into approx. 12 inch squares. lay an ear of corn on each square. Brush the sauce on each ear, spreading sauce over the surface of the corn. Seal the foil but don't wrap it tightly around teh corn, allowing room for steam. Arrange the ears on a cookie sheet, seam side up. Roast in 400 degrees F oven for 45 minutes.
