Ingredients

    1-1/2 Cups Quaker Oat Bran
    1-1/2 Cups Red River Cereal
4 Cups Large Flake Quaker Oats
    1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
    1/2 Cup Ground Almonds
1-1/4 Cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetner
    2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. Green Tea Powder
    4-1/2 Cup Milk
    2 Cup Orange Juice
1 Carton (250 grams) egg whites
    2 Tbsp. Vanilla
    2-1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

Directions

Makes a very large batch. I keep half in the fridge and the other half I freeze.

Spray 2 tinfoil lasagne pans with Canola Oil Spray.

In a very large bowl, combine the cereals, wheat germ, sweetner, almonds, green tea and cinnamon.

Add the blueberries and coat them well.

Stir in milk, vanilla, egg whites and juice.

Pour into pan and bake at 325 until set - approx. 60 to 90 minutes. When cool cut into squares.

Keeps well in fridge. I like to heat it in the micro and mix it with yogurt.

Alot of cereal in this. I don't like mixing orange and milk, it normally curdles. - 3/9/09
