    1 cup light mayo
    2 cups chopped yellow onion
    2 cups shredded light Jarlsberg Cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Mix 1 cup mayo, 2 cups onion, and 2 cups shredded cheese well in a bowl. Transfer mixture into a glass baking dish or bowl.

3. Bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 40-45 min, or until cheese is melted and top of mixture is browning at the edges. Remove and allow to cool for five minutes. Serve warm with slices of french bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.
