Homemade cream-of-wheat with a twist from the East with the spices. Very good! I used half the sugar, and that was plenty. - 4/11/09

I ususally get mine from an Indian/Middle Eastern grocery store. If your main grocery store doesn't carry it, maybe try a local coop or health food place? I prefer to use *fine* cracked wheat for this dish.
