Ingredients

    4 stalks Bok Choy, white and green parts-chopped
    Celery - 2 stalks deiced
    1/2 - Green Pepper diced
    1 Cup Cherry tomatoes - chopped
    1 Avocado - skin and pit removed, diced
    1/2 Grapefruit, sectioned and juiced

Directions

Chop bok choy, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Combine. Add chopped avocado and grapefruit sections. Squeeze the grapefruit over the top and serve.
