Introduction

This just like the old staple of pudding, vanilla wafers, and banana. I just made it with skim milk, sugar free pudding mix, and fat free cool whip. I personally made 3 servings out of it which were a really good bowl size, but if you put it in cute little dessert cups, you could definitely get 6 servings; so it's really up to you. Very delicious and a nice treat! This just like the old staple of pudding, vanilla wafers, and banana. I just made it with skim milk, sugar free pudding mix, and fat free cool whip. Ingredients

Bananas, Sugar Free Banana Cream Pudding Mix, Skim Milk, Cool Whip, Vanilla Wafers

Directions

I only used 16 wafers as I couldn't find a low calorie vanilla wafer substitution at the store. Place 8 wafers on bottle of deep bowl/dish. Prepare pudding mix with milk as advised on package. Pour half of pudding mixture on top of wafers. Cut up one banana and place slices on top of pudding. Then put half of cool whip on top. Then repeat the layers with remaining ingredients. I let the whole mixture chill in the fridge for about an hour or so while we eat dinner. This allowed the wafers to get a little moist and not as crunchy. This made three really good sized helpings, but as I mentioned before you could easily half each one and make six servings.
