Introduction

I had to make a substitution to this recipe because the store did not have any tomato soup. I had to make a substitution to this recipe because the store did not have any tomato soup.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 head of cabbage, chopped
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. ground sirloin
    1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1/2 C. jasmine rice
    1 C. water

Directions

In skillet, cook ground sirloin and onion. Drain fat , then add rice. Cut cabbage in wedges and put at the bottom of a 11 by 7 baking dish. Place ground beef and rice mixture on top of cabbage; cover with crushed tomatoes. Cover with foil; bake in 350 degree oven 2 hours.
