Introduction

Low-Cal Chili as Spicy as you like Low-Cal Chili as Spicy as you like
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp splenda brown sugar blend
    sprinkle of red pepper
    Chipotle hot sauce

    4 slices canadian bacon(turkey bacon)
    1 onion
    1 pepper
    1.2 lbs ground beef (96% lean beef)
    2 tsp crushed garlic
    3 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    2 lg cans tomato sauce
    1 sm can of tomato paste
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can garbanzo (pinto) beans

Directions

1. Brown onions, peppers, bacon, and beef. Add spices over medium heat.

2. Once the beef is completely cooked through, add the tomato sauce and paste, carrots, and celery.

3. Lower the heat, and let the flavors meld together for 3 hours or so. Add as much hot sauce or red pepper as you like.

*** May top of w/ fat-free sour cream or low-fat cheddar cheese
