Introduction

This salsa is best with red onion and with canned jalapenos (not raw). Add more or less cilantro and jalapenos for your taste. But remember, the longer it stays refrigerated the hotter it gets. Ingredients

    2 cans = 4 cups of diced tomatoes
    1 cup of diced red onion
    8 tablespoon of cilantro = about 1/2 bunch
    1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    1/4 to 1/2 cup of canned jalapeno slices diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender of food processor and pulse to mix about 5 pulses. Add salt to taste. Makes about 24 ounces of salsa.
