Ingredients

    1 can of no salt added peas
    1 can of mushroom soup
    2 cups of soaked TVP
    2.5 cups mashed potatoes
    5 medium mushrooms

Directions

Mix peas, mushrooms, soup and TVP
Put in a casserole dish
Layer on mashed potatoes
Bake for 10-15 minutes
