Ingredients

1 cup egg whites
2 nori sheets
assorted fillings (add these to calorie count)
Directions
Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat.
Spray with non-stick & pour 1/2 cup of egg whites, sprinkle with a pinch of salt (if desired).
Cook 1-2min, until just cooked. Place on plastic plate & place in freezer to cool quickly.
Repeat for 2nd thin omelet.
Place 1 nori sheet on rolling mat. Place cooled thin omelet on top, leaving 1" exposed nori on the furthest edge.
Place assorted filling in lengthwise row in the middle of the omelet. Roll carefully, making it as snug as possible. Moisten the edge with water & seal the roll.
Cut into 8 pieces.
Repeat for 2nd roll.
Makes 2 rolls.
