Ingredients

3 c whole wheat penne pasta (cooked)
2 c canned corn (or your fave veggies)
1.5 c canned beans
10 tbsp Wish Bone Light Italian Dressing
1 tbsp full fat buttermilk ranch dressing
12 cherry tomatoes
2 low fat motz string cheese (or cheddar)
Directions
Cook pasta per instructions
Cut tomatoes into quarter pieces.
Cut string cheese into small chunks.
When pasta is fully cooked, rinse in cool water & drain.
Mix all ingredients together except for cheese.
Let sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes to allow everything to absorb the dressing, then add cheese.
Serve chilled.
