Introduction

The moistest cake ever! I love it with no frosting. The moistest cake ever! I love it with no frosting.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    3 Cups all purpose flour
    5 Tbl. baking cocoa
    2 Cups granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda

    2 Tbl. white distilled vinegar
    2/3 Cup vegetable Oil or melted shortening
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 Cups cold water
    1 Can (15 oz) Beets

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare baking pan by greasing & dusting with flour. Can use either two 9" or a 13 X 9. Drain beets. Place first 5 ingredience in large mixing bowl. Place last 5 ingredience in blender, cover and liquify. allow to blend for 1 minute or until beets are liquid. Slowly mix wet ingredience into bowl of dry ingredience. Mix until smooth. Pur into pan & bake for 30 - 35 min. or until toothpic inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool & enjoy!
