Ingredients

Dough:
2/3 cup of water
2 tsp olive oil
1/3 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 Tablespoon dough enhancer
1 teaspoon yeast
Filling:
Meat from 2 whole chicken legs or 2 breasts
1/2 cup of sharp cheese, grated
1 - 10 oz package of broccoli thawed and chopped finely
1 small onion chopped fine
1 stalk of celery, diced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix ingredients for dough according to your breadmaker's instructions and set for dough cycle. Or hand mix dough by mixing wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Let rise for about an hour.
Divide dough into 6 parts and roll into rectangles.
Mix all ingredients together for filling. Spoon onto one half of each dough rectangle and fold over the remaining dough to form the pocket. Pinch or crimp edges to seal well.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees or until rolls are golden brown. Makes 6 rolls.
