Ingredients

1 pkg Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
1 lb Shady Brook Farms italian turkey sausage
2 cups TJ Farms frozen cubed hashbrown potatoes
2 cups Food Lion shredded 2% mexican cheese
1/3 cup fat free milk
8 eggs
Directions
Place crescent rolls in bottom of 9x13 pan. Cook turkey sausage and place on top of crescent rolls, then hashbrown potatoes, then cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper (I didn't use salt, only pepper) and pour over cheese. Cover and chill overnight. Cook the next morning at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
