    1/2 tsp salt(1/2 cdta sal)
    4 eggs, beaten(4 huevos batidos)
    1 cup water(1 taza agua)
    1 cup flour(1 taza de harina de trigo)
    1/2 cup butter(1/2 taza mantequilla)
    1 cup Frying Oil(1 taza de aceite de freir)
    1/2 cup sugar(1/2 taza azucar)
    1 cup water(1 taza agua)
    1 lemon peel(1 cascara limon)
    1/2 tsp vanilla(1/2 cdta vainilla)


1) Mix water, butter, and boil at high heat.(mezcle el agua y la mantequilla y deje hervir a fuego alto.)
2) Put out of heat and add the flour and salt.(Retire del fuego y agregue la harina y la sal.)
3) Mix everything well and add egg one by one.(Mezcle bien todo y agregue los huevos uno a uno.)
4) In a frying pan, heat oil.When oil is hot, drop dough with tablespoon and fry till golden.(En una sarten, caliente el aceite de freir.Cuando el aceite este caliente, eche la mezcla por cucharadas y hasta que se doren.)
5) To do the syrup, mix in a saucepan all ingredients and boil for 15 minutes. Let it cool and pour over the fry dumplings.(Para el almibar, mezcle en una cacerola todos los ingredientes y hierva por 15 minutos y vierta por encima de los bunuelos.)
6) Make 20 portions.(Rinde 20 pociones)
