    8 veal chops(8 chuletas de ternera)
    2 tbsp olive oil(2 cdas aceite de oliva)
    1/2 cup red wine(1/2 taza vino tinto)
    lemon juice( jugo de 1 limon)
    2 onion sliced(2 cebollas picadas en lascas)
    2 garlic cloves sliced(2 ajos cortado en lascas)
    2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped(2 cdas cilantrillo picadito)
    2 sweet pepper sliced(2 ajies dulces picadas en lascas)
    2 tbsp butter(2 cdas mantequilla)


1) Put veal chops on a deep bowl.Add olive oil, red wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper, onions, garlic, sweet pepper and coriander.
(Ponga las chuletas en un envase hondo.Agregue el aceite, el vino, el jugo, la sal, la pimienta, las cebollas, el ajo, los ajies y el cilantrillo.)
2) Baste the chops with this mixture and let it marinate at least for 4 hours.(Moje las chuletas con esta mezcla y deje marinar por lo menos 4 horas.)
3) On a fry pan, melt butter and sautee chops on it-drain from marinated mixture before frying-for 4-6 minutes each side depends on how you like your meat.
(En un sarten, derrita la mantequilla y sofria las chuletas - escurra las chuletas antes de freir-
por 4-6 minutos por cada lado dependiendo como le guste la carne.)
4)Serve 8 portions.(Sirva 8 porciones.)
