Ingredients

    * Tomato Sauce, 1 can
    * Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can
    * Garlic, 8 cloves minced
    * Oregano, ground, 4 tbsp
    * Thyme, ground, 4 tbsp
    * Thyme, ground, 3 tsp
    * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 large
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    * Onions, raw, .5 small
    * Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    * Beans, white, 1 can
    * Fat free refried beans 0.5 cup
    * Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole
    * Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tbsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mince garlic and onion, and saute in nonstick cooking spray until golden brown. Add ground turkey and brown. Add beans, bell pepper, celery, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, kale, vinegar and spices.

Allow to simmer 30 minutes or until veggies begin to break down and flavors incorporate. Taste to ensure proper spicing and add spices as necessary.
