2 cups Brown long grain rice
4 eggs
2 cups Napa Cabbage
1 Clove Garlic
1 tbsp Mushroom Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Canola/Olive Oil blend
Directions
1. Steam or boil rice
2. In skillet heat oil, add chopped garlic and saute until garlic is golden.
3. Combine rice, eggs, cabbage, soy sauce in with garlic.
4. Stir fry until egg is done.
