    1/3 c cornmeal
    2 tsp baking powder
    dash salt
    1/2c soy milk
    2 T olive oil


Mix all together until moist
Cook in bean soup until done.

    Great! They are so fast and easy! You can also add 1/2c fresh corn and fresh herbs. You can add them to the crockpot, too, about 40 min before you finish cooking. Enjoy!
