Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Egg White 1 Cup
    Cheese 1/3 Cup shredded
    Turkey Sausage 4 patties or approx 4 oz
    Turkey Bacon 2 Strips cooked and crumbled
    Red Bell Pepper 1 med diced
    Canned Potatoes diced
    1 can reduced fat cresent dough
    salt, pepper, onion, garlic to taste

Directions

cook sausage until done, breaking into small pieces, drain onto paper towel if needed. cook bacon in microwave 2 mins, then crumble.
dice potatoes and pepper.

spray baking dish with non-stick spray, spread dough into baking dish up onto sides of dish.

top with diced pepper, bacon, sausage, and potatoes, spreading evenly. add 1 cup egg white, pouring over pan evenly. top with cheese. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and or onions to taste.

bake at 350 deg 30 - 35 mins until egg is set throughly.

slice into 8 even slices.

equally good made with just one of the meats or without the potatoes.
