Ingredients

.5 lbs Lean Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Garlic Cloves -minced
3 Green Onions -minced
1 Cup Broccoli Slaw
1 Cup Napa Cabbage
1/2 Cup Uncle Ben's Brown Rice
1 Tbsp Kikoman Lite Soy Sauce
Crushed Red Pepper - as needed
Directions
*Cook ground beef in skillet until brown. Drain. Set aside.
*Prepare brown rice according to package directions. Set aside
*Heat Sesame Oil in skillet on medium high heat.
*Add Garlic & Green Onion - stirfry for 2 minutes
*Add Broccoli Slaw & Napa Cabbage - stirfry for 2 minutes
*Add Brown Rice & Soy Sauce - stirfry for 2 minutes
*Return Ground Beef to skillet and mix well to heath through
*Season with Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste.
Serve & Enjoy.
