Ingredients

    2 cups tuna
    3 hard boiled eggs
    2 celery ribs
    1 onion
    1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 cup frozen green beans, thawed
    2 cups cooked egg noodles
    1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 can low fat cream of celery soup

Directions

1. Drain the tuna. Chop the eggs into ¼ inch pieces. Chop the celery and onion into ¼ inch pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients except ½ cup chips. Put mixture in slow cooker, cover with remaining chips. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
