Introduction
Flavorful stuffed mushrooms with a hint of tangy goat cheese. I used a whole package of ground turkey, I often find recipes call for just a pound which leaves you with a little bit extra. You can find the goat cheese in your deli specialty cheese area, at least in most mega-marts that I have seen. Flavorful stuffed mushrooms with a hint of tangy goat cheese.
