    Garlic, 3 cloves
Water, tap, 4 fl oz (optional)
    Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
    Paprika, .5 tsp
Serrano Peppers, 1 pepper, seeds removed
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Salt, 1 dash to taste
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp

Directions

4 servings -
Take 2 TB oil and heat on med high, take onion (cut in half and sliced thinly) put in oil...heat until softened, put in chopped garlic - when onions are golden, put in turmeric and paprika. Mix well - drop shrimp and stir well w/onion mixture & add salt. Drop in pepper when almost finish cooking. Then drizzle remaining TB of oil over shrimp - mix thoroughly; turn off stove - sprinkle cilantro over dish. Sit for 2 minutes & serve. (Use water if onions are not browning - I also will spray the shrimp instead of putting last TB of oil)...Play with it - carmelized onions with garlic and shrimp a wonderful combination. Serve with steamed rice if you are not concerned about carbs.
