Ingredients

5 Russet Potatoes
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can cheese soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup corn starch
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 onion chopped
1 cup milk (or empty soup can full of milk)
1 pkg frozen spinach thawed and drained
about 1 cup shredded cheese*
I used Sargento Bistro Blends for a little more flavor and kick!
Directions
Clean, peel and slice potatoes. Set aside. Mix together cheese soup, milk, chicken broth, corn starch, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder and onion powder. Put in potatoes and coat in mixture. mix in chopped onion. Mix in spinach. Mix in 1/2 of cheese. Place in baking pan and cook for about 30min at 400 degrees. Take out and stir then bake for about another 20 min. Last 10 min add remaining cheese to the top. Makes about 10 servings.
