    6 cups of romaine salad mix
    1 lb of cooked chicken breast, sliced thin
    1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
    1/2 cup of walnuts
    2 large granny smith apples sliced thin
    1/2 cup of light balsamic vinegrette
