Ingredients
-
2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
4 TBSP Ken's Steakhouse Light Caesar dressing
1 cornish game hen, thawed, raw, rinsed, skin on
Directions
Heat oven to 350-375 degrees Fahrenheit. I have a gas European oven so it uses about 170 degrees Celsius.
rub chicken down with Ken's Steakhouse Lite Caesar salad dressing (about 2 tbsp should season the chicken but you can use more if you need to). bake, covered, in a glass baking dish for 45 min - 1 hour (check to see that the chicken is cooked at the end of 45 min by sticking a fork in it, if bright red juice comes out, it's not cooked). Remove cover for the last 10 min to brown if desired.
