Directions

Heat oil in frying pan.
Dice onions and add to oil to soften.
Add beef to brown.
Chop peppers, corn, zucchini etc and add after beef has browned.
Season to taste with spices and soy sauce.
Let cook until beef cooked and tender.
Boil water and cook noodles for 3-5 mins so ready to serve when stir fry finished.
