    Seven Layer Salad

    3 c romaine lettuce shredded
    1 small sweet onion chopped
    10 oz pkg frozen edamame
    Light miracle whip-spread to cover these layers
    2 c cauliflower chopped
    1 sweet red pepper chopped
    6 boiled eggs chopped
    Light miracle whip spread on these layers
    Shredded cheese to top

Directions

If you have a problem with raw onions, steam them in the microwave for a minute and cool before adding to salad.
