    Salmon filet
    Hoisin Sauce
    Maple Syrup
    Dijon Mustard

Directions

Mix the Hoisin sauce, maple syrup and dijon mustard. Spread 1/2 on salmon. Broil for 5 mins. Put remaining sauce on salmon. Broil for 5 mins or until done
