Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    1 cup shredded chedder cheese
    1 cup finly diced green pepper
    1 cup finly diced onion
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    3 cups of browned hash browns
    2 cups of milk
    2 cups diced ham (lean)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

preheat oven to 400. place 2/3rds of lightly browned hash browns into the bottom of a sprayed 9x13 baking pan. Then 2/3 of vegies then 2/3rds of cheese. Then mix milk, egss and salt and pepper with a wire wisk and pour over then ingredients in backing disch then relayer the top with reamaing ingredients then bake for 35-40 min
