    Pretty good basic recipe. Better with seasonings added. If your family won't eat without meat, try adding chicken or tuna. - 4/17/09

    Very Good
    I just made a pita filling, inspired by this. I used 2T each black beans and kidney beans, a small sprinkle of gr. onion and 1 oz grated cheddar, put it in the pita, microwaved it for 40 sec, then stuffed in 1/2 c chopped cucumber. I seasoned with cumin. DELISH - 4/17/09
