Ingredients

    1 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain tortilla
    1 oz. Fresh Mozzerella Cheese
    6 leaves Fresh Basil
    1/4 c. Alfalfa Sprouts
    1 t. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 Roma tomato

Directions

Layer ingredients on top of tortilla. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Roll. Eat. Yum!

    Looks Good! To pump up the protein, you could cut down on the mozzarella, and substitute LF cottage cheese :) - 4/17/09
