This was a quick lunch I prepared that is just over 350 calories and is very filling. Plus it is super nutritious 24 grams of Protein and 5.9 grams of Fiber. Great for leftover fish. Spice it up with indian flavors instead of the dill try tumeric, cumin, cloves and other spices. This was a quick lunch I prepared that is just over 350 calories and is very filling. Ingredients

2oz of Atlantic salmon cooked( I used last nights leftovers)
1 tbs. cream cheese
1 tbs. greek yogurt
1 tsp. dill weed
dash salt
dash pepper
1 whole wheat pita cut in half
mixed green salad your choice enough to fill each pita half
Directions
mix first six ingredients until combined. place salad mix into each half of pita. Then place Salmon mixture on top. Enjoy. makes one serving. Try it with different seasonings. I used full fat yogurt and cream cheese but you can substitute with skim for both.
